1. Do I need an account? Where is my progress saved?
No account or registration is needed. Your progress, scores and settings are saved only on your device. If you uninstall the Game or change devices, progress is lost unless it is restored from your device backup (iCloud / Google backup). We cannot recover progress because we do not store it.
2. How do I restore "Remove Ads"?
Sign in to the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy, open Settings > More Settings in the Game and tap Restore Purchases. "Remove Ads" removes interstitial ads; optional rewarded videos stay available.
3. How do I get a refund?
Payments are processed by Apple or Google, so refunds are requested from them under their policies:
- Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com · Request a refund (Apple Support)
- Google Play: Google Play refund policies
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
4. Ads and privacy choices
To change ad consent, use the "Privacy Choices" row in Settings > More Settings (shown only where Google requires it, such as the EEA and UK). On iPhone you can control tracking in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking. On Android you can delete your Advertising ID in your device's privacy/ads settings. Details: Privacy Policy.
5. Photo Mode - is my photo uploaded?
No. The photo you pick (or, on iPhone, take) stays on your device, is never uploaded, and is used only to skin the blocks. Picking a photo uses the system picker, so the Game cannot see the rest of your library. Camera access (iPhone only) is requested only when you tap Camera. You can delete a photo with the trash (Remove) button in Photo Mode. Only use photos you have the right to use, and ask before sharing pictures of other people.
6. Notifications
Optional reminders are scheduled on your device (at most 3 per week). The Game asks for permission at first launch. Turn them off with the Reminders toggle in the Game's settings or in device settings.
7. Information for parents
Use Apple Screen Time / Ask to Buy or Google Family Link to approve purchases and manage play time. Unauthorised purchases can be reported to Apple or Google using the refund links above.
